Please enter through the BREAKFAST/AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB for KS1 INFANT PLAYGROUND & APS Try-Outs
Please enter through the PARK GATE for SPORTS HALL, KS2 JUNIOR PLAYGROUND & OR TAMBO REC Try-Outs
For the 12.15pm Lunchtime Try-Outs & Training, the children must go straight to the Sports Hall or Park Gate. Lunch will be after.

VIRTUAL PE LESSON
SPRING TERM 1
RECEPTION – Multi-Sports
Spring Term 1 – The topic that we will be focusing on in your Virtual PE Lessons is Multi-Sports.
Below are the 6 key skills and the learning objective:
Travelling – To be able to travel with control at different speeds whilst showing good awareness.
PE Home Learning (Travelling – Animals)
VIDEO 1 – Reception – Travelling (Walking, Jogging, Side Stepping, Skipping)
VIDEO 2 – Reception – Travelling (Jumping, Hopping, High Knees)
VIDEO 3 – Reception – Travelling (Different Actions)
Running – To be able to run at speed with fluency and with a quick change of direction.
VIDEO 1 – Reception – Agility Run

60 SECOND CHALLENGE -ZIG ZAG RELAY
Balancing – To be able to balance on different body parts with control and stability.
Catching – To be able to catch a ball with two hands from different heights and distances consistently.

Throwing – To be able to throw an object with accuracy and control by using a range of techniques.
YEAR 1 – Indoor Athletics
Spring Term 1 – The sport that we will be focusing on in your Virtual PE Lessons is Indoor Athletic.
Below are the 4 key skills and the learning objective:
Running – (The Sportshall Infants Programme – Activity “Launcher”) To be able to run at speed with a quick change of direction.
